Cricket NSW Maintenance Shed

SCI Group was engaged to deliver a complete cold shell fit-out of the Cricket NSW maintenance shed at the newly developed Cricket Central facility. The project involved the transformation of the base building into a fully functional workspace, incorporating the installation of all new essential services, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and data systems. In addition to the services infrastructure, SCI undertook a full interior fit-out of both the office and shed areas—this included the construction of internal partitions, installation of workstations, storage solutions, lighting, flooring, and finishes tailored to suit the operational needs of the facility. The completed works resulted in a fully integrated, practical, and durable space designed to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of Cricket NSW.
