Project Overview
The Fahey group wanted a complete makeover for their new restaurant Tunki, the ‘jewel’ of the Lakes Hotel complex. SCI Group was contracted to complete the de-fit and renovation within a tight 16-week deadline in a capacity hotel. The sophisticated result features a large commercial kitchen, Venetian plaster ceilings, curved bulkheads, columns clad in imported limestone tiles, and terrazzo tabletops, earning it a finalist spot in the 2024 Master Builders Excellence Awards.
