Project Overview
Located in the vibrant Kensington Street precinct, Saint George Dining was opened by Chef James Metcalf and operates as a restaurant by day and wine bar by night. The 120m2 venue was converted from a former convenience store into an architecturally styled dining space featuring dark blue tiling and a striking marbled bar.
SCI Group delivered the complete fit-out, which included a fully equipped commercial kitchen, extensive floor and wall tiling, and bespoke joinery crafted from natural timbers and stone, including custom banquet seating. The result is a refined, versatile venue that balances functionality with premium design finishes.
