Project Overview
SCI Group revitalised a seven-storey heritage-listed building in bustling Chippendale. Once derelict, it’s now a modern and edgy co-working and serviced office hub that blends industrial character with contemporary design and premium finishes.
Our Approach
Working within a highly active live environment, the scope included full demolition, make-good, services upgrades, fit-out, and the installation of end-of-trip facilities. The result is a unique workplace featuring high ceilings, industrial-inspired design, contemporary amenities, abundant natural light, and flexible spaces that encourage collaboration.
The Result
This project successfully balances heritage preservation with modern functionality, creating a vibrant, forward-looking hub in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing precincts.
