Flooring & Joinery Upgrade

SCI Group has been commissioned to undertake essential flooring works at Sydney’s iconic, heritage-listed Queen Victoria Building (QVB). The scope includes removing damaged and worn substrate flooring and installing new carpet throughout the space. Given the QVB’s historic significance, all works are conducted with the utmost care to preserve its architectural character while ensuring the new flooring meets contemporary performance, durability, and safety standards. Additionally, the project features a bespoke heritage joinery banquette seating package, crafted with premium finishes to complement and highlight one of Australia’s finest and most celebrated shopping destinations.
