Project Overview
A landmark, large-scale commercial upgrade transforming the fifth floor into five premium tenancies, including four bespoke speculative fit-outs with unique colour palettes.
Our Approach
Works spanned full demolition of the existing warm shell, complete redesign, independent building services, and a lift lobby refresh to align with Levels 2 and 3.
The Result
Warm maroon, tan, and green tones mix with cool greys and blues, while polished concrete and carpet create distinct zones. Acoustic panelling enhances boardrooms and quiet rooms, and each tenancy features a café-style kitchen with custom joinery, complemented by shared breakout spaces for collaboration.
