SCI Group partnered with the ATC, in collaboration with MostynCopper, to deliver a series of refurbishments and fit-outs across Royal Randwick, Warwick Farm, and Rosehill Gardens Racecourses. Works included the demolition and refurbishment of multiple spaces such as the 1,300m² historic Old Members Stand Dining Room, the Doncaster Room, Villiers Bar, administrative offices, and conference rooms. Additional upgrades included F&B outlets such as The Tulloch Bar, The Members Long Bar, and the 5Cs Bar, along with office refurbishments, electrical & audio-visual enhancements, and services upgrades. All projects were completed within live racecourse environments, often under fast-tracked programmes, requiring meticulous planning and coordination. The result is a suite of modern, high-quality hospitality and administrative spaces that elevate the customer and member experience across ATC venues.
