Project Overview
Accor Stadium stands as one of Australia’s premier venues, hosting world-class sporting and entertainment events with the fan experience at the heart of everything it does. As part of a reimagined food and beverage offering, SCI Group worked closely with resident caterer Gema Group to align infrastructure with front-of-house environments, enabling smooth operations on both sides of the counter. The project presented significant challenges due to the stadium’s demanding event schedule, where access to work zones was heavily restricted and frequently disrupted. Early planning focused on optimising layouts, improving customer flow, and streamlining ordering and payment processes to enhance service efficiency. With vibrant finishes and bold signage, the space delivers a cohesive hospitality experience that enhances the atmosphere and anticipation for the game.
