Our Approach

Working within a fully occupied six-floor office building presented challenges – from maintaining daily operations for tenants to delivering within a tight turnaround. All works were carried out in compliance with relevant codes and building standards. Through careful planning and weekly design meetings, our team achieved a seamless delivery with an excellent standard of finish and meticulous attention to detail.

The Result

The open-plan tenancy features acoustically treated meeting rooms, quiet spaces, collaborative breakout zones, and stylish kitchens complete with custom banquette seating. A refined palette of greys and greens, paired with bespoke joinery and polished concrete flooring, created a premium, contemporary workplace that exceeded the client’s requirements and vision.

SCI were engaged to complete construction works for an office fit-out, café make good and lobby upgrade for one of our clients. We appreciated the open communication from the team which was consistent throughout the project.

The workmanship of their trades was of great quality. We would welcome any future opportunities to work together and would recommend them to others wanting a great contractor.
