Intercontinental Hotel

In this highly active live environment, SCI Group completed a series of detailed works within the historic Treasury Building (1851). The scope included repositioning of rooms, joinery upgrades to corridor skirting, architraves, and wardrobes, as well as the supply and installation of bespoke joinery to hotel lifts, lobbies, and corridors. Executed with precision, the works respected and enhanced the building’s rich 19th-century architecture and heritage while ensuring minimal disruption to the hotel’s operations.
